Giveaway - Laughing Cow

It's almost the end of February  how are those New Years Resolutions going? If yours is to loose weight or just eat healthier and you need some new inspiration, check out one of my favorite snacks, Laughing Cow cheese wedges. I love these little wedges of happiness. Cheese is definitely one of my weaknesses. I love them so much that I asked the people at Laughing Cow to let me share them with you! To my surprise, they sent me two rounds for myself (thanks!) and are giving away two rounds to not one, but two of my readers!

Here are the ones they sent me. I use the swiss regularly but the garlic and herb was new for me. I love garlic so I really loved this one.

My current favorite way to enjoy laughing cow is on a smart bagel. A wedge and a bagel for breakfast is only 5 weight watchers point!

Laughing Cow is also great for sandwiches. I used just one swiss wedge for this 6pt+ buffalo chicken sandwich. Check out their website for more great recipes!

I can't wait to hear what you make with your free Laughing Cow wedges!

  3. The cinnamon flavor is also good to make a stuffed french toast. I put one wedge on one slice bread of choice , then put some fresh blueberries and top with another slice of bread. Then dip the outside layer of bread in eggbeaters and cook in skillet sprayed with nonstick pam spray and 1 tsp melted butter. Then dust with powdered sugar and it tastes like a warm blueberry cheese danish.

  17. I usually prefer to eat a wedge of cheese all by itself! The flavors are just too good to spread it on beagles or mix with something else!!
